BARN CONVERSION, HADRIAN’S WALL

Located on Hadrians Wall, Northumberland, East Barn is part of a complex of barns, currently being converted into dwellings. The planning process was challenging due to its close proximity to a World Heritage site. The design featured four bedrooms, with an open kitchen/living and dining area taking advantage of the open vaulted ceilings and roof lights. A mix of traditional and contemporary features made for a beautiful home in the heart of the Northumberland countryside.
